🔹 Refund Policy
- Once a product is delivered, **no refund will be issued under any circumstances.**
- Refund requests due to "change of mind" are not accepted.
- If payment has been made by mistake, management will review case-by-case — no guarantee of approval.
⚠️ **Important:** Refunds are applicable only if SR Power BD cancels an order due to product unavailability or technical issues.
🔹 Return Policy
- Returns are accepted **only if the product is physically damaged during delivery** and reported within 24 hours with valid proof (photo/video).
- Installation-related damages or wiring errors by the customer will not be covered.
- All products must be returned in **unused and original packaging** with invoice.
