• Once a product is delivered, **no refund will be issued under any circumstances.**
• Refund requests due to "change of mind" are not accepted.
• If payment has been made by mistake, management will review case-by-case — no guarantee of approval.

• Returns are accepted **only if the product is physically damaged during delivery** and reported within 24 hours with valid proof (photo/video).
• Installation-related damages or wiring errors by the customer will not be covered.
• All products must be returned in **unused and original packaging** with invoice.

🔹 Warranty Claim Process

For any warranty issue, customers must contact our service center directly with the invoice and serial number. Warranty covers only manufacturer defects, not physical or electrical mishandling.
