Return & Refund Policy

Return, replacement and refund procedure

Contact SR Power before returning any product.

This policy explains how SR Power reviews requests involving a wrong item, missing item, visible delivery damage, confirmed defect, cancellation, replacement or refund. Each request is assessed from the order record, product condition, evidence, warranty terms and applicable law.

1. Requests that may qualify for review

SR Power may review a return, replacement or refund request where one or more of the following is supported by the order record and evidence:

  • The delivered model or item is different from the confirmed order.
  • An item or confirmed component is missing from the delivery.
  • The product has visible transit damage reported before installation or use.
  • The product is confirmed through inspection or authorized diagnosis to have a covered defect.
  • SR Power cancels an accepted order because supply or fulfilment is not possible.
  • Another remedy is required by applicable law.

Approval is not automatic. SR Power must verify the order, identity, serial number where applicable, product condition and cause of the issue.

2. Notification and evidence

Notify SR Power as soon as reasonably possible after delivery or discovery of the issue. Early reporting helps preserve courier evidence and allows safe technical guidance.

ProvideOrder or invoice reference, customer name, phone number, product model and serial number where available.
PreserveOriginal packaging, accessories, manuals, labels, seals and photos or video showing the package and issue.

Do not ship or hand over a product without return authorization or instructions from SR Power. Unauthorised freight may be refused where safe identification and handling cannot be confirmed.

3. Items generally not eligible for change-of-mind return

Unless SR Power expressly approves otherwise or applicable law requires a remedy, a return may be declined where the product is correct and functional but the customer changes their mind, no longer needs it, ordered the wrong specification, or failed to obtain compatibility confirmation.

A request may also be declined or limited where:

  • The item has been installed, energized, used, altered, repaired or physically damaged after delivery.
  • Serial numbers, labels, seals, accessories or packaging needed for verification are missing or altered.
  • Damage results from incorrect wiring, reverse polarity, unsuitable voltage/current, overload, short circuit, water, fire, impact, improper storage, misuse or unauthorized service.
  • The item was specially sourced, configured, cut, assembled or ordered for the customer and is not defective.
  • Consumable, clearance or explicitly non-returnable goods were supplied as described.
  • The issue is covered by warranty service rather than a return or refund.

4. Review and inspection process

  1. Contact SR Power through the official phone, email or Contact page.
  2. Provide the required order and evidence details.
  3. Follow the safety, packaging and transport instructions supplied for the case.
  4. SR Power checks the order record and may inspect or test the product directly or through an authorized service process.
  5. After verification, SR Power communicates the approved remedy or the reason the request cannot be approved.
Inspection is necessary to distinguish delivery damage, manufacturing defect, configuration error, installation damage and normal operating behaviour. Sending an item does not by itself confirm eligibility.

5. Possible outcomes

Depending on the verified circumstances, product availability and applicable rights, SR Power may provide one of the following:

  • Correction of a missing or incorrect item.
  • Replacement with the same model or an agreed equivalent.
  • Repair or warranty service.
  • Store adjustment or another mutually agreed resolution.
  • Refund of an approved amount through an appropriate recorded method.
  • Return of the product to the customer where no covered fault or eligibility is found.

Any refund is processed only after approval and required product or documentation receipt. Bank, mobile financial service, courier or other external processing time is outside SR Power's direct control. Cash refunds are not guaranteed merely because the original order used Cash on Delivery.

6. Delivery and return transport costs

Where SR Power confirms that it supplied the wrong item or that covered transit damage occurred, SR Power will provide handling instructions and determine the appropriate transport arrangement. Where the request is not caused by SR Power, or inspection finds no covered issue, transport, diagnostic or handling costs may remain the customer's responsibility to the extent permitted by law and communicated for the case.

Customers must package returned electrical equipment securely. Damage caused by inadequate return packaging may affect the remedy.

7. Order cancellation

Request cancellation before dispatch or special procurement begins. SR Power will review the current order status. Cancellation may not be possible after dispatch, product activation, custom sourcing, configuration or other committed cost.

SR Power may cancel an order for stock unavailability, pricing error, unsafe configuration, incomplete verification, suspected fraud, delivery impossibility or another legitimate operational reason. Any confirmed customer funds held for an unfulfilled cancelled order will be addressed through the recorded resolution process.

8. Warranty is a separate service path

A product that develops a fault after accepted delivery may fall under product warranty rather than return eligibility. Warranty coverage depends on the invoice, serial number, applicable product warranty, diagnosis and compliance with installation and operating requirements.

See the relevant product information and Terms & Conditions. Keep proof of purchase and do not authorize third-party repair before contacting SR Power.

9. Applicable rights and policy updates

This policy does not remove any right or remedy that cannot be excluded under applicable law. SR Power may update the policy when operations, services or legal requirements change; the published version applies from its effective date.

10. Request a review

Share your order or invoice reference, product model, serial number where available, a clear description of the issue and supporting images or video.
